~~Courtesy listing:  Charlie needs a new home. Charlie is a 11 month old spayed female shepherd cross. On the plus side, she is loving, good with children and other dogs, high energy and smart. On the other hand, she is fearful of strange men, can scale high fences and tends to get carsick on long rides.   There is absolutely the perfect home out here for this beautiful girl. Her current owner rescued her from a shelter and her background was sketchy. Although she is loved, her owner works for the forest service and commutes long distances for work and is in the car at work and her dog goes with her, so it isn’t the best situation for a dog that tends to get sick in the car. She loves children and women but is scared of adult males, so again, the work situation is that she is around strange adult males at all times and that is highly stressful for Charlie. The perfect home would be an active one yet one that didn’t have new people in and out all of the time. If interested the best thing to do would be to contact the current owner as she is looking for a home for a dog that she loves but knows that her home is not the ideal place for her to be.
