Arnie is a 9 month old little boy who only wants to be loved and held by his person. He would flourish in a home where he could spend most of his time in a lap, certainly in the same room as his people. He is pretty much house trained and is learning to be crate trained. He likes other dogs very much and is a playful little guy. Arnie is up to date on vaccinations and will be neutered and  microchipped prior to adoption.
