Penny is a sweet little spayed female chihuahua mix. She is a petite little girl under 10 pounds and approximately 7 years old. Her mama is at the end of her life so asked us to rehome her girl. She is a snuggle bug who would like to be with her humans at all times. She is fine with other dogs, but not really interested in playing, just snuggling.
