Dobby is a tiny brown female chihuahua mix. She is mostly hairless and about 1 year old. She was found as a stray severely emaciated but has been gaining weight well since intake. She is a bit shy at first but is playful and does well with dogs, cats, and age appropriate children that know how to care for a dog this tiny and fragile.
