Meet Scrappy, our resident low rider. Scrappy is a 2 year old low rider mix breed. Like many dogs that are longer than they are tall, he has had some back issues. X-rays show that he has had some calcification in two areas of his spine indicating he has had an injury in the past. An adopter would just need to make sure he doesn’t re-injure by jumping up and down (mostly down) or a lot of rough housing with other bigger dogs. Other than that he should live a normal healthy life. Scrappy is in a foster home with numerous other dogs, big, small, young and old. He gets a long with all of them. He’s also good with cats and kids. He’s a super happy loving guy who seems to want nothing more than to follow his person around. He’s neutered, microchipped and ready to find his forever home.
