Kiara is a 40 pound shepherd/heeler mix (were guessing) whose owner had a drastic life-style change and needed to find her a new home. Kiaras foster person says she follows her around the house like a shadow and does well with her children. Shes protective of her new foster home and family and is very aware when someone knocks on the door.
