Tessa is a beautiful, sweet dog whose life was turned upside down when her original owners could no longer keep her. She is great with other dogs, adults and kids. We are unsure about cats. She needs a fenced yard for her to play in when the weather is nice, but will be an indoor dog at night. She loves to snuggle and play ball and right now her favorite “toy” is a pet rock (seriously). She is housebroken. She is tough looking and has a very intimidating bark, which would make her a good watchdog, but is a total sweetheart and has never shown any aggression. She is leash trained and responds well to training. She loves to ride in the car and be with her people as much as possible and is not the kind of dog you can lock up in a room for the day.
