Hank is a Basset Hound/Beagle mix finally now coming into Basset Rescue of MT. will get his needed orthopedic assessment from an orthopedic k-9 surgeon. Hank limps after about 2 blocks of his daily walks with his foster dad so we are anxious to get him evaluated. Update:  Hank has slimmed down and is now on glucosamine.  He is a happy boy without pain; he jumps up 2 feet and does not limp as much after activity.  At this point his x-rays show no arthritis and surgery is not needed;.  He adores kids and sleeping in bed at night and is ready for a new home of his own.   FMI please contact Basset Rescue of Montana, Frenchtown,  (406) 207-0765; email:  bassetrescuemt@gmail.com .
