~~Howard and Hughes are about as cute as they come, but that doesn't come without a price.  These sweet little dogs came from a puppy mill breeder.  They love people but obviously haven't been handled a lot and they're not housetrained.  Having said that, we're hoping they'll learn how much fun it is to be a family companion, walk on a leash and go outside to potty.  If you have the time and patience for one (or both) of these special needs dogs, please fill out a matchmaking form found on our website at:  www.lsar.org .
