~~Papi is a 4 year old 4.5 pound male Chihuahua; brindle, black and white.  He was dumped at a shelter in CA and his owners refused to come get him.  He's current on vaccinations, micro chipped, just had a dental and will be neutered Oct. 29.  He has a very outgoing, alpha personality and loves the ladies.  He may need a refresher course on potty training.  FMI please complete a matchmaking form found on our website at:  www.lsar.org .
