~~Courtesy listing:  Due to recently diagnosed allergies causing respiratory problems we have made the torturous decision to find a new home for our baby JoJo. He’s a male German Shepherd/Akita mix approx 5-6 years old, neutered, micro chipped, current on vaccines and weighs roughly 125lbs.  He walks on a leash wonderfully, is fully housebroken, can load up in our car and van with no problems, although the kitchen garbage needs to be put up or a lid on tight when you leave because he will help himself.  He currently knows the commands potty, sit, go lay down, and knock it off.  JoJo loves to talk and tell stories and only barks when someone knocks on the door. He does have some anxiety with loud noises and also sometimes with men and occasionally will growl when they come in our house but if you let him sniff and do his dog thing he is just fine.  He has an allergy to wheat/soy/corn that cause his ears get very red, painful, and itchy so we feed him food that’s doesn't have those 3 ingredients in it and now have no ear problems.  He likes his ropes and ball toys but his favorites are all his stuffed animal toys. We call them his “stuffies” and they are, without a doubt, his favorites.  He doesn't close his mouth or bite down when you stick your fingers in his mouth making him good with kids.  He has been around kids of all ages (although sometimes forgets how big he is and has knocked a tot down a time or two), is good with the 2 neighbor dogs, but have no info regarding cats.  He loves to get in the water and go exploring wherever his nose takes him so a fenced yard or a way to keep him from wandering off property is necessary. we are asking are homing fee of $75 to ensure he goes to a good, loving home.
