~~Hope is a beautiful little (10 pound) Dachshund/Chihuahua mix who has had a rough go of it. After being rescued from the median of a super highway in California and sent to a rescue foster home in Montana, Hope escaped and spent 3 days hidden under a deck in the middle of January before she was found. Since then she has slowly blossomed into a loving, although still timid little girl. Her favorite spot is nestled in the pillows on our bed or in a lap. She is relatively house trained and will potty outside but has accidents. She will walk on a leash but is not thrilled about being put in a kennel. Her playful personality continues to develop every day. A home where she is with her people a lot and older children would be ideal.  FMI please complete an on-line matchmaking form found on our website at:  www.lsar.org
