~~Sally is a one and a half year old female Lab mix that was brought in by animal control after having been hit by a car. In Merced (CA), her injuries would have been considered too costly to fix, as the rescue there is very low in funds. However, Sally’s personality was so amazing that even the vet knew they had to figure out a way to save her. Sally’s life was saved through private donations and her hip and shoulder fractures were repaired. After winning over the hearts of everyone she encountered in Merced, she was flown to us to continue her recovery.  Sally is good with other dogs, good with cats, good with kids, and is doing very well as a dog that can be both outside and in the house as well.
