~~Howard is so grateful to be in a foster home where he is safe and comfortable. This 12+ year old male Chihuahua is all snuggles and love. He has lost some sight and hearing but he gets around just fine on his own and loves a lap to sit in.  Howard will be getting neutered this week and will get his teeth cleaned so that he is ready to go when his new people come along.
